1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd bajiee platform and all services provided under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bd bajiee ("Platform") and the user ("you" or "Member").

By creating an account on bd bajiee, using the service, or accessing the platform in any way, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the service.

bd bajiee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bd bajiee, you must be an adult aged 21 or older. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. bd bajiee reserves the right to close any account where incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Running more than one account under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, inform our support team immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd bajiee verifies the identity of all members to maintain a safe environment. You may be asked to submit proof of identity in the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal request
• For deposits or withdrawals above a certain amount
• When unusual activity is detected on your account
• At any time at bd bajiee's discretion

For identity verification, you may be required to submit a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with your mobile banking account details. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bd bajiee is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.3 Responsibility for Deposited Funds

Funds deposited on bd bajiee may only be used for betting and gaming. If a withdrawal is made before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled. For any difficulties with deposits or withdrawals, please contact our support team.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd bajiee offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500 — however, to withdraw this bonus amount, you must wager 10 times the bonus, i.e. ৳15,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Wagering requirements must be met within a set period from the date the bonus is credited.
• Wagering must be completed using both the bonus amount and the original deposit together.
• It is not possible to use more than one bonus at the same time.
• Any bonus offer may be changed or cancelled at any time at bd bajiee's discretion.
• If you are unsure about any bonus offer, ask our support team before adding it to your account.

5.3 VIP Program

bd bajiee's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier earns a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week. Regular and active play is required to advance to a higher tier.

6 Betting and Gaming

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd bajiee are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless a technical error has occurred. If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue on the part of the game provider or bd bajiee, the bet amount will be refunded. bd bajiee is not responsible for issues caused by third parties.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on bd bajiee are operated through certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is entirely impartial and automated. If there is any dispute regarding a game outcome, a decision will be made after reviewing the game records.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds displayed on bd bajiee may change at any time. The odds that were in effect at the time the bet was confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the specified time, bd bajiee will make a decision in accordance with its own rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or bonus-related fraud
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to play games
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using another member's account details
• Attempting to make unauthorised changes to the platform's software or systems
• Colluding with other members to produce artificial results
• Registering an account using a false identity or false information

If any such activity is detected, bd bajiee may suspend or close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.

8 Age Limit and Responsible Gaming

All services on bd bajiee are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification is a legal offence and will result in the account being closed.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by bd bajiee

bd bajiee may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspicious financial transactions
• Attempted technical fraud
• Failure to meet the age requirement

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. If outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of account closure, those bonuses will be considered void. However, any legitimate balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions.

10 Limitation of Liability

bd bajiee accepts no liability for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or network issues
• Loss caused by errors in third-party software or payment providers
• Loss arising from the user's own negligence or mistakes
• Service interruption due to unavoidable circumstances or force majeure events

bd bajiee always strives to maintain technical security and service standards, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 service. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, the platform's internal dispute resolution process will be followed. In any dispute, the platform's game logs and server records will be treated as the final evidence.

12 Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be treated as the original document. Translations into other languages are for reference purposes only.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the attached Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between bd bajiee and the user. No other oral or written agreement or understanding outside of these documents shall be effective.
